How long does it take to process my order?

All orders received before 3pm PST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day and can take up to 2 business days before being shipped.  Orders received after 3pm PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After the order has been processed, all domestic orders will ship through USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days (excluding Holidays and weekends).  Shipping and handling takes approximately 4-5 business days (up to 7 business days), but most orders are usually received within 4 business days after order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.  However, we do consider certain requests to other countries on a case-by-case basis.  Please email info@socialbutterflyhouse.com if you live outside of the United States and are interested in placing an order.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We welcome inquiries on any out of stock items you are interested in.  If you would like to see us re-stock something, send us an email at info@socialbutterflyhouse.com.
